I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have worked in psychological services for over ten years, in the NHS and in private contexts. I am able to offer the following services: –

Consultation/Supervision

I can provide consultation and clinical supervision to other mental health professionals. I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) supervisor.  Please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

Workplace Wellbeing/ Leadership

As an associate of Gloucestershire Psychology Services I offer a range of workplace wellbeing workshops. 

Individual Psychological Therapy Sessions – Online

I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, and trauma related difficulties.  I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, which means I can tailor psychological interventions to meet the needs of individuals circumstances and difficulties.

I am an accredited practitioner and supervisor in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT).  I have completed additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
