A recent study has revealed that nearly half of UK workers are ‘running on empty’, suffering from burnout, mental health difficulties, and work-related stress, which is now costing the economy an estimated £28-billion each year. [1].

One in five UK workers reported feeling unable to manage stress and pressure in the workplace [2].

A third of managers reported feeling out of their depth supporting their team with mental health concerns [3].

We can provide discounted rates to organizations seeking to purchase three or more workshops, or who wish to schedule regular workshops that support the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.

Following each workshop, we compile a detailed summary report for the commissioning party that includes attendance statistics, anonymous score-based and written feedback on the workshop content, and any additional topics employees wish to see offered in the future.

A proportion of our fee from Workplace Wellbeing Workshops is donated to mental health charities selected by workshop attendees.
