Psychological Therapy Sessions


We offer psychological therapy on a private-basis to adults, helping individuals overcome a range of emotional, behavioural or relational difficulties.

We have clinicians who offer face-to-face services at their offices in Gloucester (GL1), Stroud (GL5) and Cheltenham (GL50). We also offer online sessions.

Psychological therapy is focused on the understanding of your difficulties to work through them, and may be helpful for a wide-range of problems including but not limited to :-

Our areas of specialism:

  • Low mood/depression
  • Anxiety symptoms including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, panic attacks
  • Grief, loss and bereavement
  • Low confidence and self esteem issues
  • Self harm
  • Emotional difficulties that may lead to physical symptoms/symptoms that are medically unexplained
  • Working with those who feel ‘stuck’ or who have lost motivation in life
  • Difficulties making/sustaining relationships
  • Working with those who have experienced childhood adversity/trauma
  • Working with those who have experienced trauma/abuse (including PTSD)
  • Working with those who care for others to find room for themselves
  • Helping those who are highly self-critical to allow themselves greater care and compassion
  • Working with individuals to help them to become more assertive
  • Couples/relationship counselling
  • Harmful ways of coping with distress

How many sessions might I need?

This depends on many factors including; your goals in therapy, the nature of your difficulties, the therapeutic model we use and how many sessions you would like.
