Staff Wellbeing Workshops

Approximately 1 in 4 adults suffer from at least one mental health illness in any given year in the UK [1]. In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing symptoms of a common mental health difficulty such as anxiety or depression in any given week [2].

In 2021/2022, work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounted for over half of all working days lost due to work-related ill health [3]. The effects of stress, anxiety and depression can have a significant impact on an employee’s quality of life and costs to the workplace. It is estimated that the total annual cost of mental ill health to UK employers is £26bn – that’s approximately £1035 per year per employee in the UK workforce [4].

We offer online wellbeing workshops facilitated by highly experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologists which aim to provide your staff with the knowledge to increase awareness of their own mental health and tools to manage their mental health and wellbeing. Our workshops are informed by psychological and neuroscience scientific research. We are able to offer workshops online to businesses within the United Kingdom.

Our Stress Management workshop looks at what is happening in our body and our brain when the stress response is activated.
